Clubbing holidays to European beach destinations have made a comeback this summer, according to Party Hard Travel, which has surpassed its sales target for 2022 – taking 10,000 new bookings in less than three months.
The operator, which specialises in clubbing holiday packages to renowned party hotspots such as Ibiza, Magaluf in Mallorca and Ayia Napa in Cyprus, says it has seen bookings surge past pre-pandemic levels, with younger travellers keen to make up for lost party time.
Its Party Hard Ultimate Packages including the best local events and parties have been selling well since they were released in May, while the operator has enhanced its Ultimate Events packages to include new club nights and experiences such as the Pukka Up Boat Party in Zante, Greece.
Party Hard chief operating officer Jodie Pilgrim said, “Summer 2022 has been intense and brilliant. As for most travel operators, it has been a leap of faith, but the demand for clubbing holidays hasn’t wavered. When we opened bookings in May we took over 900 in our first full day, and reached our target bookings by mid-summer.
“After the trials of the past few years, to get back to doing what we do best, giving our customers the best week of their lives, feels amazing, as does smashing our 2022 target.”
The company was acquired in April 2022 by The Booked it Group, which also owns the Licklist brand and provides technology solutions to the leisure, activity and hospitality markets.
TBooked it Group chief executive Brad Nobbs added: “This is a great result for Party Hard Travel, and we’re proud of the team and what they have achieved. Planning for 2023 is already under way, and we look forward to establishing even stronger links with the travel trade.”
