Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled a new webinar series — Grow Your Regent Business — for its network of UK trade partners, which offers "actionable insights for immediate growth and increased profitability".
Hosted by the line’s vice-president of marketing Caroline Smith and UK senior director of sales Paul Beale, the three-part series aims to give agents the skills to earn "some of the highest commissions in the industry".
Each 20-minute instalment — Where to Find Regent Guests, Segmentation Insights and Data-Driven Marketing Tactics —offers tools, tactics and tips backed by a customer segmentation study.
The research, which mapped psychographic and behavioural factors of luxury cruise guests and prospects through quantitative and qualitative data points, will be exclusive to Regent’s trade partners via the webinars.
Following the final feature, agents will be given a special offer to utilise along with the new insight.

Attendees will also gain access to post-webinar tutorials hosted by Regent’s in-house marketing experts, who can offer additional support on marketing efforts and provide further insights on direct mail, database maximisation, email marketing, digital prospecting, and social, video and event strategies.
