Royal Caribbean Group has suspended the majority of its brands’ spring sailings until May.
All Royal Caribbean International sailings through to 30 April have been suspended, including Spectrum of the Seas’ China sailings fixed for 16-28 February.
Singapore sailings onboard Quantum of the Seas will go ahead as scheduled.
Celebrity Cruises has also suspended all sailings through to 30 April, including Celebrity Apex’s transatlantic cruise departing 1 May.
Europe and transatlantic cruises onboard Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Constellation scheduled to depart between May and October are also off.
All Azamara sailings, meanwhile, are suspended through to 30 April, and Silversea through to 1 April.
"Royal Caribbean Group continues to focus on the healthy and safe return to cruising for guests, crew and the communities we visit," said the group.
"As we work closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and government authorities around the world toward this shared goal, we are extending the suspension of certain sailings for our cruise lines."
The group added it would continue to work with its Healthy Sail Panel to "come back stronger".
Guests booked on cancelled cruises will be advised of their options, as will their travel agents.
