Royal to offer extra charter flights from Glasgow and Belfast
Tom ParryRoyal Caribbean International has expanded its charter flight programme from Scotland and Northern Ireland for summer 2024 on the back of “incredible demand”.
Guests will be able to fly direct from Belfast City and Glasgow International to Barcelona or Bologna to join sailings.
Royal will run charters for Oasis and Explorer of the Seas passengers with flights to Barcelona from 5 May to 22 September, and to Bologna from 18 May to 26 October.
Stuart Byron, director of sales for UK, Ireland and Spain, said: “We saw an incredible reaction to our previous flight charters and we’re excited to be able to extend our offering for 2024.
“The aim of charters is to make it as quick and straightforward as possible for guests to join our ships in both Barcelona and Ravenna. With the time saved, guests can now jump straight into planning their onboard adventures and be ready to make life-long memories.”
