Turkey’s Freebird Airlines has pledged to build even closer ties with the UK travel trade following the launch of its new sales platform.
After implementing a new reservations system in December, the carrier said on Wednesday (14 June) it was now embarking on the "next phase" of its development, which will allow it to better facilitate generic and partner-specific incentive campaigns.
To mark these capabilities coming to fruition, Freebird has launched a 15% discount campaign on its Gatwick-Antalya route, applicable to all departures from 13 June until 30 June. Freebird currently operates an up to daily service to Antalya, with flights scheduled until the end of October.
Carl Denton, Freebird’s UK sales representative, said: “We are very keen to develop a more targeted approach to our sales activity. We seek to encourage engagement with all our existing and, in particular, new partners to ensure we are able to transport as many of UK holidaymakers to Antalya using Freebird flight seats."
