Virgin Atlantic is set to relaunch its twice weekly service to Tobago from Heathrow on 29 January.
The Airbus 330-300 service will depart from the London airport every Tuesday and Saturday with fares from £389pp.
Juha Jarvinen, chief commercial officer at Virgin Atlantic, said the Caribbean was the "linchpin" of the carrier’s leisure portfolio.
"We are thrilled to be able to restart our much-loved services between London Heathrow and Tobago," he added.
"With delicious food, amazing music and stunning views, we know our customers will love exploring this unique island destination."
Virgin Atlantic has recently introduced a number of other Caribbean destinations to its programme, including The Bahamas, St Lucia and St Vincent and The Grenadines.
"We can’t wait to fly our customers safely to our amazing Caribbean destinations throughout 2022," Jarvinen added.
