Disabled-friendly holiday specialist Limitless Travel has appointed its first-ever customer experience manager, a new role it says reflects its growth over the past year.
Danny Smith, who has volunteered for the RAF Association for nearly six years, will work with Limitless Travel’s sales team with a view to ensuring each Limitless client has the best travel experience possible.
“Danny’s previous experience in improving sales performance, developing staff skill sets and driving commercial operations will be a great asset for the business’ long term strategy,” said Limitless founder and chief executive Angus Drummond.
Smith said he was excited to work for a business “that feels meaningful” and “has a significant human purpose”.
“Having been a volunteer for the RAF Association for nearly six years helping and supporting elderly veterans, the satisfaction and pride I get from this matches some of my biggest work-related successes,” he said.
“Working at Limitless, I get to combine that same feeling with my 20-plus years experience in delivering quality service on a daily basis meaning I feel personally fulfilled, I am challenged daily and I help bring smiles to people’s faces.”
