1. Become a Certified Confidant

The new Confidant Learning interactive training programme is designed to give advisors expert knowledge. With short, snappy modules, and plenty of fun, interactive games, you’ll learn about Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s 10 unique resort brands designed for every lifestyle and stage of life.

 

They include Impression by Secrets, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Zilara, Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts, Alua Hotels & Resorts and Sunscape Resorts & Spas. Explore their beautiful destinations throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, Europe and South America.

2. Access discounted rates – up to 50% off!

As a Certified Confidant you’ll be able to access discounted travel advisor rates for Hyatt Inclusive Collection resorts. These Confidant Rates are available via a new user-friendly section of the website, allowing you to search resort availability. With discounts of up to 50%, and with a minimum of 20% off, these special rates are available 60-90 days in advance, and vary by season and resort.

3. Gain insider knowledge

The website is home to a host of comprehensive advisor resources to help you boost your sales.

 

You can access the latest news, updates and information on the portfolio, as well as ready-to-go marketing resources, including new videos and promotional material. Plus, you’ll get the inside scoop on the latest incentives and offers for both advisors and consumers, as well as e-guides and contact information for the resorts and UK-based sales team. There’s also a section on niche travel, including weddings, groups and speciality travel.
