APT will charter two Seabourn ships next year as part of a "multi-year partnership" it says will expand its focus on expedition cruising.
The brand will charter Seabourn expedition vessels Seabourn Venture and Seabourn Pursuit, with sailings taking in the UK, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland, the Kimberley and Antarctica.
Cruises are on sale now for Northern Europe, the Arctic and the Kimberley in 2025, with APT’s new Antarctica itineraries set to launch in early March for 2026 departures.
APT said the partnership would pair its touring expertise with Seabourn’s luxury proposition at sea across a series of curated itineraries featuring luxury dining.
Both ships are built to PC6 Polar Class standards, allowing them to navigate some of the hardest to reach destinations in the world’s polar regions, and are equipped with SpaceX Starlink internet connectivity.
Expedition activities, meanwhile, will led by a dedicated 24-strong team of experts including scientists, scholars, naturalists and others.
David Cox, APT Travel Group chief executive, said: "We are excited to embark on this journey with Seabourn, to create unforgettable travel experiences for our guests. This collaboration represents a significant milestone for both companies as we elevate the luxury for our guests in partnership with Seabourn."
Natalya Leahy, Seabourn president, added: "We are delighted to join forces with APT, a trusted name in the travel industry renowned for its commitment to excellence. Seabourn is known for offering the pinnacle of ultra-luxury experiences, and we look forward to sharing this with APT guests.
"Together, we’re excited to offer travellers exclusive opportunities to explore the world in unprecedented luxury."
