Classic Collection names Ashleigh Raymond its new northern RSM
James ChappleClassic Collection Holidays has appointed a new regional sales manager for the north of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Former Tui and Virgin Holidays sales manager Ashleigh Raymond will join the business on 11 March reporting into Classic head of sales, north, Leanne Edwards.
The move sees her return to a frontline travel trade role after a spell lecturing in travel and tourism at Newcastle College.
Edwards said Raymond would bring a breadth of "relevant industry experience" to her role with Classic, replacing Emma Rodgers who joined A-Rosa River Cruises in the new year.
"We’re confident she’ll be a great addition to our team and will work extremely well with our trade partners in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the north of England."
Raymond added: "After a spell on the lecture circuit, I’m looking to bring a fresh new perspective to my role.
"I can’t wait to reconnect with agents to help drive sales for two widely respected brands – trade-supportive Classic Collection and trade-only Classic Package Holidays."
