Jet2 outlines new Covid safety policies

Entitled: Your Safety Our Priority, the film’s narrator says: “We are ready to welcome you back on board and back on holiday, but the world is a little different these days.”

It asks passengers to check in using the Jet2.com app and to take only light hand luggage.

Passengers are shown donning masks before entering the airport and keeping them on, only removing them briefly for passport checks.

At the gate, passengers will scan their own boarding passes and board the aircraft in small groups. Onboard, there is the normal food and beverage service using contactless payment.

On arrival, reps will meet clients as usual, but they will also be wearing masks and asking guests to keep their distance. Guests are told not to remove face masks “until you reach the hotel”.
