Unforgettable Travel Group will increase its trade focus with a new agent partnerships team, a refreshed trade marketing portal and series of fam trips in 2024.
Co-founder and commercial director Graham Carter said the company – which owns Unforgettable Travel Company (UTC), Cruise Croatia, Unforgettable Greece and Unforgettable Croatia – will build the dedicated agent platform over the next six months.
It will provide access to educational resources, social media assets, window displays, email marketing templates, fam trips, agent promotions, a loyalty club and a marketing budget.
Pietro Lazzaro, who joined the group five years ago as a luxury travel expert, will lead the company’s new partnerships team as partnership manager and "proactively target" new agent partners.
"With Pietro’s passion and experience in dealing with agents, we have appointed him as partnerships manager to develop and grow this new division," Carter said.
Lazzaro added: "Our aim is to build a strong and happy community of travel agents because of the personalised service we can offer them, and the fantastic product we can offer our mutual guests. I feel privileged to be leading on the growth of our agent channel at such an exciting time."
The brand will also launch a series of fam trips in 2024, giving 60 of the company’s agent partners the chance to experience its luxury small ships during peak seasons.
