Malaysia Airlines is set to add more than 70,000 seats to its Heathrow-Kuala Lumpur service from 27 March.
The move comes after the Malaysian government confirmed the removal of quarantine for fully vaccinated international travellers next month.
The national carrier is also set to resume twice-daily services from the London airport to the Malaysian capital from 30 June.
Malaysia Airlines’ flagship route is operated by Airbus A350-900 aircraft, which feature business suites as well as business and economy cabins.
Daniel Bainbridge, regional director for UK & Europe, said the company "eagerly awaits" the reopening of Malaysian borders on 1 April.
"I am delighted that we are resuming our full schedule, twice daily flights from London Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur in the summer," he added.
"The further increase in capacity of over 70,000 seats is a top priority for Malaysia Airlines on our flagship route and we remain the only non-stop carrier between London and Kuala Lumpur."
