Miles Morgan Travel to open new high street agency

Managing director Miles Morgan also revealed that the company was relocating its Yeovil branch to a “much bigger prime location” in the Somerset town.

“Devizes is the perfect town for a MMT shop, we now just need to recruit a team that match the passion and desire of our other 15 shops,” explained Morgan

“With that in place we are very confident we will have a 16^th success on our hands.”

The new agency, which will be located on one of Devizes’ main shopping streets, is due to open in June or July with four sales positions and a foreign exchange bureau.

“We have traded exceptionally well this year given the hurdles facing every business, this gives us the confidence to move ahead yet again with further expansion,” added Morgan.

“The high street might be at a low point for some retailers but for those offering advice and expertise in a warm welcoming environment, the future is bright.”

The company’s Yeovil shop is moving to a new location in Middle Street in a former Ponden Mill shop, which is double the size of the current agency in the town.

“Our Yeovil office has had a brilliant few years and this should springboard it to even greater success over the years to come,” explained Morgan.
