PTS launches tour operator directory for members

Managing director Mark Sutton said the directory was launched to allow the consortium’s travel agent members to sell "mainstream product" while building relationships with other PTS members and tour operators.

"We launched the PTS tour operator directory as PTS is home to some incredible tour operators who specialise in an array of travel products and are experts in their field," he added.

"The directory allows PTS members to really be part of a community built on trust, in every sense of the word. It’s a win-win situation and allows all PTS members to expand their portfolios and trade relationships.

"A PTS agent knows when booking with a PTS tour operator that their monies are tracked and protected through the PTS trust account and the tour operators know that all consumer monies received by a travel agent are held in the PTS trust account."
