Recruitment firm launches advice portal for redundant staff

C&M Travel Recruitment is offering the tool free of charge to all current clients.

It features videos and guidance regarding various aspects of redundancy, covering the importance of wellbeing, confidence and mental health, to tips about CVs, LinkedIn and future job interviews.

Barbara Kolosinska, a C&M director, said: “We all know how badly the ongoing pandemic has affected our industry, with many travel companies left with no option but to make good employees redundant.

“But we feel it is vitally important to continue supporting both the companies and the talent in our great industry through this difficult time.

“Therefore, we are very excited to launch the C&M Talenteering Portal, which we feel will be an invaluable tool for all recently redundant employees.”

The portal has more than 50 guides and 15 videos across 10 separate areas of the redundancy process.

“We really hope this new portal will offer some comfort and guidance for affected employees and help them move on to the next step of their career,” said Kolosinska.
