Royal Caribbean International has bolstered its UK sales team with the appointment of two new key account managers.
Luke Vanderhoeven, who was previously commercial manager at Tui and regional sales manager for MSC Cruises, joined Royal in May tasked with leading its homeworking strategy.
Meanwhile, former cruise photographer Chris Lowe is set to join Royal at the end of August, when he will be tasked with supporting the line’s cruise specialist agents.
Royal said Lowe had gained “extensive” account management experience with brands such as Booking.com.
Torey Kings-Hodkin, UK head of sales, said: “We’re excited to welcome both Luke and Chris to the Royal family, adding more expertise and enthusiasm to our growing team.
“The fulfilment of these positions means that the UK key account management team is now at full force and we’re looking forward to offering our customers across the UK further support.”
