A new search is under way for the best places in travel to work.
Entries are open for Best Workplaces in Travel 2025, the fourth edition of the scheme.
Based around an employee engagement survey, respondents are invited to reflect on the issues that matter most to them, what gives them a sense of purpose and fulfilment, and what engages and motivates them. The survey takes around 10 minutes.
This year’s winners included Holiday Extras (Best Large Company) and Ice Travel Group (Best Mid-Size Company). Previous winners include Kuoni, Panache Cruises and The Travel Village Group.
Small company entrants (10-49 employees) must achieve a completion rate of at least 80%, mid-size companies (50-199 employees) a rate of at least 65% and large companies (200+ employees) a rate of at least 50%.
Other categories include Best Micro Company, while special awards recognise purpose, wellbeing, equitability, happiness and performance. There is also the Avis We Try Harder Award.
Prospective entrants are encouraged to enter at the earliest opportunity, with a 30 May 2025 deadline for survey completion. The ceremony will be held on 7 July 2025.
