Silversea Cruises has confirmed a revised collection of 157 new expedition voyages from next year.
Departing from January 2021 to July 2022, the itineraries include 12 maiden calls on the line’s four expedition ships.
Among new itineraries are the Galapagos aboard new ship Silver Origin, an “unprecedented” Deep Antarctica expedition, the first ultra-luxury fly-cruise to Antarctica and a 51-port Arctic grand voyage. Silversea is also launching what it claims is the world’s first-ever expedition world cruise.
Silver Origin will offer 68 new voyages in the Galapagos Islands, with five maiden calls, including the island of Santa Fe. The islands of Fernandina and Isabela now also feature on itineraries.
The Deep Antarctica Expedition will see Silver Explorer attempt to reach 69 degrees south during the 20-day trip.
“Our enhanced expeditions provide travel advisors with an excellent opportunity for future sales right through to Spring 2022 – and with demand for trips of a lifetime and Future Cruise Credits in circulation, I would urge agents to share this good news story with their database,” said Peter Shanks, Silversea Cruises’ managing director – UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa.
“Agents can even personalise our new Expedition Itineraries 2021/22 brochure with their own call to action and logo via our newly revamped marketing central platform.”
