Singapore is set to remove its seven-day quarantine requirement for unvaccinated travellers next week.
The country’s health ministry will no longer require those without a Covid-19 vaccine to undertake a week-long self-isolation period from 28 August.
However, unvaccinated travellers will still need to test negative within two days before traveling to the country.
From 29 August, Singapore will also drop indoor mask requirements making it now optional for both indoor and outdoor settings.
Locals and travellers will no longer be required to wear masks indoors except on public transport and in high-risk settings like healthcare facilities.
