Hurtigruten: ‘We've launched two exciting new itineraries for 2023’

In summer, clients can join us on The Svalbard Express, a route we first sailed in 1968. A nostalgic voyage to the northernmost reaches of the world, guests will bathe in the glow of the Midnight Sun as they sail along the Norwegian coast and up to Svalbard.

In winter, we will sail to and from Oslo, Norway’s capital, for the first time on The North Cape Express, journeying between the country’s southernmost and northernmost points. We will call at new ports as well as old favourites as we venture into the Arctic Circle and the realm of the Northern Lights.

Both voyages will offer a more premium experience on newly refurbished Trollfjord. Clients will get more for their money, including drinks with meals and daily afternoon tea.

With more time spent in port, these itineraries aren’t restricted to the schedule of our traditional route, allowing more time to explore the key highlights of what we think of as the world’s most beautiful coastline.
