What’s new for Palladium Hotel Group in 2020?
Palladium Hotel Group will open two new properties in Sicily in 2020: Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Garden Beach Resort & Spa, close to the capital city, Palermo. The five-star luxury resort has beautifully appointed rooms with a fresh, Mediterranean ambience and direct access to the beach. The resort offers three a la carte restaurants, kids’ clubs and a Zentropia Spa. The resort is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends.
Palladium Hotel Menorca has been completely refurbished and is located in an ideal position on top of a hill, offering stunning views of the Arenal d’en Castell beach on the east of the island. Among its facilities and services are two restaurants, three bars, three swimming pools – including one for children – and a Zensations spa.
In 2020, Palladium Hotel Group is also celebrating its 50th anniversary, so there will be plenty of celebrations and promotions throughout the year.
How will Palladium Hotel Group support agents in 2020?
In 2020 we will grow the UK sales team from one to three business development managers, so we can provide better support to our partners. We will also be holding various fam trips to Mexico, Dominican Republic, Tenerife, Costa del Sol and to our new hotels in Menorca and Sicily.
In September we will hold the Palladium Master Experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. This will be a three-night trip on which agents can experience the facilities of the hotel and attend training sessions and workshops. We will also award our top sellers and Palladium Ambassadors.
