Tui has reassured passengers contingency plans will be implemented ahead of "continuous" strike action at Birmingham airport set to get under way from Tuesday (18 July).
According to the Unite union, around 100 security officers and terminal technicians employed by the airport will begin strike action later this week.
During this time, Tui said "we have measures in place to minimise disruption for customers as much as possible".
"We would like to reassure our customers that we are working with the airport on contingency plans to make their journey through the airport as smooth as possible," a spokesperson said. "We will be in touch directly with our customers with any further information about their flight as soon as possible."
The airline also acknowledged prospective strikes by members of the Unite union working at Gatwick airport between 28 July and 1 August, and between 4 August and 8 August.
"We are currently working with Gatwick to ascertain any potential impact on our customers. We would like to reassure our customers that we will be in touch with them directly once we have any further information," the spokesperson added.
