Protected Trust Services (PTS) has described 2024 as a “transformative” year, both for the business and its members. The consortium, which launched more than 15 years ago, now has more than 400 member businesses and 240 contracted suppliers.

“We are always striving to stay up-to-date and keep our services in-line with the feedback we receive from members, so each unique business can get exactly what they need from PTS,” explains a spokesperson for the consortium.

“We, of course, couldn’t possibly forget all the hard work our team put into introducing PTS’ new identity… even two months later, we are incredibly proud of the rebranding of PTS, taking strides to properly reflect the values, product, and passion that is at the heart of all we do in our business.”

PTS unveiled new branding (pictured) and a new campaign, “Making Selling Travel Simple” at a “spectacular” launch – and celebration of its members’ journeys – in London in September.

“We took on this project to find our voice and bring it to our members and potential members, with a much clearer picture of how we can support businesses,” continues the spokesperson.

September also saw PTS’s first conference, which, according to member and supplier feedback was a “huge success”.

Elsewhere, PTS was at WTM London last month and “had some fantastic times with members, potential members, and suppliers alike”. “Getting to connect with friends as well as new faces was brilliant,” the spokesperson shares.

Future gazing

2024 may be coming to a close, but PTS has some big plans for 2025 already, including working on its next conference, scheduled for 2026 – following the success of its inaugural event this year – and exciting events and partnerships.

“We are more excited for this new year than ever,” continues the spokesperson. “We are thrilled to be getting closer to our members in 2025 following the insightful feedback we’ve been collating over the past few months.”

“We are constantly trying to improve and create a better experience for members and we can’t wait to work more closely with some,” he adds.

PTS will also be working hard to keep its “market-leading” software in tune with the evolving market, and has expanded its team to allow it to keep things running smoothly.
