Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island opens new bar concept in Abu Dhabi

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, a luxury all-inclusive resort in Abu Dhabi, has launched a contemporary African-inspired bar called Savanna Sol. The new bar has opened against the backdrop of an extravagant setting where a lush tapestry of vibrant décor promises to offer a contemporary twist on classic luxury.

Located inside the resort on Saadiyat Island, Savanna Sol takes guests on a journey to the heart of the savanna, creating an immersive environment where the beauty, energetic culture, and unique flavours of an extraordinary terrain come to life. The sophisticated interior design features a blue and gold colour palette paired with tribal artistry and amber lights.

Open daily between 5pm and 2am, Savanna Sol welcomes guests to enjoy an expansive range of specially crafted drinks and bar bites. The signature savanna-inspired cocktail menu is a vibrant mix of flavours and aromas that tell the story of the African grasslands, indulgent in fanciful flair with every sip. Drawing inspiration from the habitat’s botanicals and sun-ripened fruits, the expert mixologists craft unique concoctions that are both bold and refreshing. 

Savanna Sol also offers a range of entertainment, and every evening once the sun sets the venue transforms into an exuberant space for Savanna Sol Nights. This sees live music take place between 9:15pm and 11pm, and a DJ performance between 11pm and 2am. Equipped with state-of-the-art screens and immersive sound systems, the venue also creates the perfect atmosphere for viewing major sports events where guests can enjoy a comfortable, dynamic environment.
