Swan Hellenic launches time-limited trade offer

The offer ends mid-October 2025 coinciding with the announcement of 5 new Svalbard Explored cultural expedition cruises following sell-out in 2024.

Swan Hellenic’s new time-limited offer advances its growing reputation for industry-leading trade support and incentives. Because not only will it earn travel agents up to £100 per guest booked between now and mid-October, but it applies across the board to all 2025 itineraries with the sole exception of Antarctica bookings.

Typically, the opportunities include a win-win for their clients, with a parallel offer enabling cruise guests to save up to £650 per person on balcony cabin bookings for selected destinations.

Increasing the attraction, Swan Hellenic has unveiled five new Svalbard Explored cultural expedition cruises for 2025 in response to the extraordinary sell-out popularity of this itinerary in 2024. Combining in-depth Arctic exploration with a pre-night stay in vibrant Copenhagen, it’s clear why this exciting cultural expedition cruise is in such high demand.

Swan Hellenic’s ultramodern ships have always met or exceeded the most stringent sea voyage and expedition requirements with their advanced sustainability measures and under 200 guests. What’s more, they are among the few ships in the expedition sector to be fully compliant with Safe Return to Port classification, which is paramount for guaranteeing the safety of guests in remote and challenging areas, as well as navigation in ice.

Mario Bounas, Swan Hellenic General Manager UK & Ireland, comments “This time of year is rich in opportunities, with everyone just back from their holidays and dreaming to get away again. We aim to help those dreams come true with these unbeatable offers that enable our cruise guests and travel agent partners to save and gain alike. And we’re here to help our trade partners make the most of them between now and mid-October, when both offers end.”

Swan Hellenic was relaunched in July 2020 to proudly advance the spirit of cultural expedition cruising the company pioneered in the 1950s. Building on its British roots, the new company has a distinctly cosmopolitan culture dedicated to providing guests with global opportunities to see what others don’t.
