Lindblad Expeditions aims to strengthen UK market position with dedicated brochure
National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions has launched a brochure featuring pricing in pounds and contact details for its UK reservations team for the first time.
The 64-page Voyages of Discovery brochure provides an overview of life onboard, a guide to expedition cruising, and information about core destinations – the Galapagos, Antarctica, Alaska, Baja California, Iceland, central America, and the Mediterranean.
Downloadable window posters, including new brochure images, as well as social media assets and training webinars are available during the peak period via the Fred Holidays agent portal. Agents will be able to order the brochure from BP Gate.
The UK reservations team can also now give same-day availability and quotes.
Fred Holidays was appointed Lindblad’s general sales agent in September. Fred Holidays has been tasked with driving UK sales and delivering marketing and public relations campaigns aimed at increasing brand exposure and awareness.
In December, the line released an exclusive UK agent booking incentive which will see the agent with the highest value booking in January will win a Galapagos cruise for two.
Plans are also under way for agent ship visits and fam trips, with further information to be announced later this year.
