EasyJet holidays has bolstered its executive line-up with appointments to two new roles.
Paul Bixby takes up the post of chief commercial officer at the operator, while Matt Callaghan becomes chief operating officer. Bixby was previously strategy and sourcing director, while Callaghan was director of customer and operations.
Bixby joined easyJet in August 2019 and has spent 25 years in the industry, including a spell with Tui.
He said: “The journey has been incredible, filled with countless learning experiences and moments of growth to get us to where we are now, which is the fastest-growing tour operator in the UK.”
Callaghan, meanwhile, said his new role would see him concentrate on the operator’s “ambitious growth strategies”. He added he was part of “a super-talented, forward-thinking group of really great people”.
EasyJet last year said it was ready to grow easyJet holidays into a £250 million-a-year business.
