Edinburgh airport will have a second daily JetBlue flight next summer when the carrier begins a service to Boston.
The Massachusetts city will join JetBlue’s seasonal New York JFK service next May after the airline secured a second slot pairing at Edinburgh.
Flights will depart daily from Edinburgh at 12.10, arriving in Boston at 2.22pm. The evening flight from Boston leaves at 10.30pm, arriving at 10.10am.
JetBlue began flying to the Scottish capital last summer and will be up against Delta on the Boston route, which has served it since 2019.
JetBlue recently announced it was axing its Gatwick-Boston service, saying it made more economic sense to deploy its aircraft elsewhere.
