Gold Medal opened its phone lines an hour early on Thursday morning (18 April) and will be open for calls on Sunday (21 April) too to support demand from agents for its latest Disney deal.
The additional resource will service demand arising from Walt Disney World Resort Florida’s decision to bring back its free dining and drinks offer, as well as the trade-only operator’s own exclusive offers it is offering on top.
Agents who book their clients by 30 April will earn £75 in Instant Farebank Rewards and a $100 Disney gift card on Gold Medal, Pure Luxury and Cruise Plus package bookings.
In additional, the three dnata brands are offering savings of up to £300 per package booking of seven nights or more, inclusive of park tickets.
Gold Medal’s phone lines will be open for calls on Sunday from 11am until 3pm.
Adrian James, Gold Medal product and commercial director, said: "We are thrilled Walt Disney World Resort Florida have brought back their free dining and drinks deal for summer holidays into 2025.
"We have pulled out all the stops to ensure we are ready to support agents in securing more magical experiences for their clients than ever before."
In addition, Gold Medal is rewarding agents who book Florida private homes and villa packages with instant £75 Farebank Rewards following the launch of the operator’s dedicated guide. This incentive remains live to agents until 30 April.
