Holidaysplease is offering start-up loans to experienced travel agents looking to move into homeworking and interested in establishing their own small teams.
As the company further expands its homeworking division, it is aiming to attract established travel consultant colleagues and travel call centre staff or agency managers wanting to lead their own teams.
Holidaysplease is looking groups of two agents upwards and aiming to initially establish around five teams.
Director Richard Dixon said: “Over the years we have had homeworkers expand their homeworking business onto the high street or into a call centre environment so we know that the way we work and the systems we provide work well for expanding teams.
“We know that there are initial costs to cover when setting up a retail agency or office environment so we will be offering start up loans where needed to the ambitious people we are looking to work with to help them get off the ground.”
Dixon added how the opportunity could prove tempting for “a couple of go-getting colleagues” looking to branch out on their own and build their team.
“There really is no upper limit. The right people will have the opportunity and all the support needed to take their business as far as they want to,” he said.
Those looking to build their own travel brand can also look to join Holidaysplease’s The Holiday Franchise Company.
“We now have approaching 50 franchise partners at the Holiday Franchise Company some of whom already operate in pairs or small teams so again, we know that our platforms and structures work perfectly for people wanting to build a serious online travel business with us,” Dixon added.
Holidaysplease claimed record sales through the first quarter of 2022 and reported April sales up more than 50% on April 2021.
“Having not made a single redundancy, and by continuing to push hard sales and marketing wise through the pandemic, we have emerged from it in a very strong position.” Dixon said. “Working in partnership with people as part of our team’s initiative will be exciting as we push forward further and faster than ever.”
