New Holidaysplease recruits to be offered £1,000 monthly earning guarantee

The new scheme was announced during the homeworking agency’s 2022 conference in Daventry.

The earning guarantee is limited to four to five new joiners who sign up for 2023 and successful applicants will need to have at least three years’ current agent sales experience and be committed to working at least 30 hours a week.

Director and co-founder Richard Dixon said: "With the current cost of living increases, the guarantee will help new joiners settle in and be ready to make the most of the best-selling and earning months for the industry as we head into 2023."

Brand and business growth executive Cat Reeves said the company has seen an increase in its average sales and higher net margins with current commission levels 30% higher than 2019 figures.

"So there can be no doubt that the uncapped earning opportunity of successful homeworking is the perfect remedy for the current rising cost of living," she added.
