Not Just Travel is set to host four trade events in one weekend to provide agents with a "goldmine of knowledge" to kickstart the new year.
Between 6-8 January at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre, the firm will host its first-ever Platinum Conference, its largest-ever trade expo, a New Year New Start training event and a new recruitment event.
The inaugural Platinum Conference – hosted by BBC presenter and filmmaker Zara Janjua – is for members earning £20,000 to £500,000+ in commission.
The trade expo is open to all members and will feature a selection of Not Just Travel’s trade partners.
Elsewhere, the New Year New Start initiative will provide specific training to help consultants focus on this year’s peak sales period.
With more new travel consultants joining Not Just Travel in December than at any other month in the last 12 months, the company will continue its recruitment drive with a recruitment evening on Friday (6 January)
Paul Harrison, co-founder of Not Just Travel and its recruitment arm, The Travel Franchise, said: "Our sales have been so good we’ve blown all of our projections for the month, the quarter and year.
"As a team we are sitting on a goldmine of knowledge of how to optimise sales and increase profits and so we are using our variety of events to disseminate that information to our current and potential members."
