The Adventure Travel Networking’s hybrid conference and marketplace (ATN22) will take place next week (3-4 February).
The virtual marketplace will bring together buyers and suppliers specialising in adventure and experiential travel for one-to-one meetings. Buyers can register for and attend the marketplace for free, where they will be able to meet with a range of global DMCs and tourist boards. Any buyers wishing to register can do so here.
The conference, meanwhile, will take place on Friday 4 February at South Africa House in London, held in partnership with headline sponsor South African Tourism. More than 100 travel trade members will attend the conference in person, and there will be a livestream option for those who cannot make it to London.
Under the theme #ATN22 adventure lift-off, there will be a series of panel sessions curated around adventure travel, sustainability and recovery from the Covid crisis. More than 30 speakers and panellists are confirmed for the conference, with sessions to be moderated by founder of Nomadic Thoughts Jono Vernon-Powell.
TTG is the ATN’s trade media partner, with group editor Pippa Jacks set to moderate a marketing-focused panel session entitled "pushing the reset button". There will also be lunch during the conference and in the evening, a drinks reception serving South African wine and canapes.
Tickets for the virtual conference livestream cost £29 and are available here.
