TTC Tour Brands has signalled the start of a “new chapter” with the appointment of three area sales managers providing trade support across the UK.
Ryan Carroll, Donna Nelson and Rhianne Richardson will sit under sales director Kelly Walker once they start their roles on 25 March.
Carroll, who has 30 years’ travel industry experience, assumes the role of area sales manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland. It is the first time TTC has created a role to support agents in these countries.
Previously, Carroll has held roles at Stuba UK, ScotRail, Hoseasons and in the cruise sector.
Nelson will support home-based agents in her area sales manager role at the company, which operates Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Costsaver and Contiki.
She joins TTC after 10 years at James Villas, working with both trade partners and directly with the consumer.
TTC said that her appointment demonstrates the company’s “commitment to providing tailored support to this vital and growing segment of the industry”.
It added: “Donna’s knowledge of the evolving needs of home-based agents, coupled with her proactive approach, will allow professionals reach new heights while maintaining TTC’s reputation for excellence.”
Richardson takes on the role of area sales manager for north and central England. Her previous positions were at Jules Verne, Scenic, Emerald and Thomas Cook.
TTC said she has “proven ability to drive results and her passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences make her a valuable addition to the team”.
“Her strategic insights and leadership will further strengthen TTC Tour Brands market position in these key regions,” TTC continued.
Commenting on the new hires, Walker said TTC is committed “to empowering our sales team with resources and support needed to drive sustainable success”.
Earlier this year, Polly Poulton joined TTC as national account manager from G Touring, bringing more than 20 years’ experience to the role earlier this year.
