Jet2 expands Bulgaria programme with new Black Sea resort
Ilaria Grasso MacolaJet2.com and Jet2holidays has expanded its Bulgaria portfolio with the addition this summer of Black Sea resort town Sozopol.
The airline and operator has added a number of three- and four-star hotel options in Sozopol, with board options including B&B and all-inclusive, providing agents more options for the upcoming summer season.
"We are delighted to be offering package holidays to Sozopol in Bulgaria for summer 2024 and expanding our offering in the region,” said Jet2.com and Jet2holidays chief executive Steve Heapy.
"The addition of this charming resort comes in response to strong demand for getaways to Bulgaria and gives holidaymakers even more choice."
Customers wanting to explore Sozopol’s old town or its beaches will be able to fly directly to Bulgaria’s Bourgas from nine of Jet2.com’s bases, including Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool.
Jet2 will operate up to 21 flights a week to Bourgas during peak periods.
Jet2holidays packages lead in from £629pp for a seven-night B&B stay departing Birmingham on 6 June, and include 22kg luggage and return transfers.
