Wizz Air has added the Airbus A321neo to its fleet at Luton airport, boosting its capacity from the London hub to 12 million seats.
The new A321neo takes Wizz Air’s total number of aircraft at Luton to 12 and will create an additional 40 jobs.
Wizz Air will be recruiting for new cabin and flight crew, bringing the airline’s total number of staff in the UK to almost 800.
With flights commencing in winter 2023/2024, passengers will benefit from greater accessibility to Hurghada with four-weekly flights, Sharm el Sheikh with three flights a week, 35 services to Tirana, 12 to Prague, seven to Reykjavik and five to Amman.
