This new initiative uses the latest and most secure hospitality technologies, allowing guests to begin the registration process before they even arrive on property.
Check-in times can present a unique challenge in all-inclusive hospitality and Blue Diamond is setting the tone for the entire holiday by ensuring guests enjoy a sooth, welcoming start. Research from the brand has shown that, on average, guests who complete this pre-check in process will experience a check-in time that is 50% faster than completing the process on arrival.
Guests that have used the Online Pre-Check-In service are simply able to proceed directly to the fast-track line to have their pre-registered documents validated and pick up their AI wrist bands – it’s completely hassle free.
Guests wishing to use the Online Pre-Check-In portal can access their specific hotel’s page on either RoyaltonResorts.com or PlanetHollywoodHotels.com by clicking the "Online Pre-Check-In" option. From here guests will be taken through the check in process online. QR codes are also available at each resort, allowing guests to instantly access the Online Pre-Check-In tool and skip the regular check-in queue.
