Newmarket Holidays appoints Dale Bray as head of e-commerce

With over 12 years of experience in team management, scaling brands, portfolio expansion, and delivering growth across various digital channels, Dale brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Newmarket Holidays. His career includes six years in the travel industry, most recently with The Thinking Traveller, plus roles at Shell Energy and British clothing retailer, Charles Tyrwhitt.

Dale has been brought into the business to drive innovation and evolve the online environment as part of Newmarket Holidays’ eCommerce strategy. His responsibilities include website conversion optimisation, data analysis and team leadership to effectively drive sales, enhance the customer experience and build the online presence of Newmarket Holidays.
