Organised in partnership with Le Passage to India, 13 colleagues went on an exclusive five-day journey across India, through its ‘Place on the Plane’ initiative.

Among the attendees were agents who achieved the highest share of sales, including Kelley Leason from Tamworth, Lisa Curtis from Stratford Upon Avon, and Jeffrey Goodwin from Derby.

The trip included a variety of activities, including an orientation tour of Lutyen’s Delhi, exploring the Taj Mahal at sunrise and the historic Agra Fort, before travelling to Ranthambore where they visited the UNESCO Heritage site of Fatehpur Sikri and went on a jeep safari through the national park.

During the trip the group also experienced the unique opportunity to join a local Indian family for dinner, participating in festive rituals, cooking demonstrations, and enjoying a traditional home-cooked meal.

The final day saw the group visiting the breathtaking Amber Fort and enjoying a city tour of Jaipur before ending their adventure with a luxurious lunch at the Oberoi Raj Vilas.

Natalie Quiney, Content and Ecommerce Manager at Co-op Holidays, said: "This trip was an incredible way to recognise our top agents for their commitment and dedication. At Co-op Holidays, we prioritise delivering meaningful experiences that not only showcase the wonders of the world but also strengthen our team’s sense of unity and adventure. We’re pleased that everyone enjoyed the trip and managed to see the beauty of India."

Kelley Leason, Your Coop Travel Assistant Travel Manager, added: "Exploring India’s rich heritage and vibrant culture is something I will remember forever. From the inspiring beauty of the Taj Mahal to the lively streets of Jaipur, every moment was filled with inspiration. Experiencing these incredible sights firsthand has not only been a personal highlight and I feel very fortunate to have done so, but it also means I’m now better equipped to confidently advise our customers and share the wonders of India with them."
